Cycle A (Acid/Base RxNs)

In this Cycle, we did an activity in class where we told to find the titration for an unknown acid by pouring it through a buret into an unknown base. Using a pink indicator and the formula MaVa=MbVb, we would try to use as little of the base as possible to turn the acid pink.

For this cycle, I understand the differences between the two types of acid-base reactions: water and water + gas. The differences between strong and weak acids along with the the idea of using to solve for the concentration of an unknown acid/ base. Balancing reactions has taken me a bit longer than usual since we haven't been doing too much practice on it. I also need to remember that whenever I see CO3 in the reactants, it will be a water + gas reaction. Overall, I feel as if I understand the basics of this cycle and should be set to go for the quiz.
